Lone Working

We're with you, 24 hours a day.

Chichester Careline offers a 24 hour lone worker remote monitoring service, that provides your staff with the reassurance they need.  This provides added security and peace of mind to anyone who may be in a vulnerable situation - day or night.

Who is it for?

If you are visiting customers, travelling between locations, or working by yourself, and you find yourself at risk or feel unsafe, you can quickly call us for help.

How does it work?

We offer three types of lone worker monitoring:

  • a GPS location device.  If you are in a dangerous situation, you can press the alert button.  This will put you in contact with one of our operators, who will know where you are located.
  • a 24-hour emergency number.  We will provide your staff with access to our 24-hour service from their own mobile phone, providing them with reassurance around the clock.
  • an alarm unit for shops and offices. This can be triggered to alert us that there is a problem.  We can then call the relevant emergency services to reach you.

Who will assist me?

All three systems link through to our 24-hour monitoring centre.  You will be transferred to one of our highly trained operators, who will alert the most suitable person or agency.
